frat rankings

Sorority rankings on here are obviously based on looks but what are frat rankings based on? Parties and their house?

I don’t know if sorority rankings are based mainly on looks i don’t find the girls in zeta and Adpi to be the “hottest”. I think aoii and ddd have the prettiest girls followed by theta and gamma phi beta then Adpi etc
