Theta has prettier girls but the racism scandal hurt their reputation. imo if they didn’t have the scandal they’d be higher than pi phi rank wise

They're both pretty just in different ways. If you think natural, more "real" looking girls are attractive then you would say pi phi. If you think trendy girls who put a lot of effort into hair/makeup/tanning are attractive you would say theta.

theta has declined BIG team even tho they claim to be on the rise to top tier. pi phi girls are ~quirky~ and some are weird but some are weirdly hot

Theta is underrated. They have better pairings, socials, (ato/pike/beta/theta chi), and date functions (travis Scott, Pro bowl) than Pi Phi.

Theta has been self ranking a lot this year.... they also jumped at pike both times knowing they were a last resort so clearly desperate to tier climb

No secret that Theta is trying hard to cling to old hype. They've been all over greekrank self ranking and bashing pi phi any chance they get.

actually not true I have a friend in theta and Beta courted DG and Theta. DG was going to choose Pike if Theta wanted Beta but Theta were between Pi Lamb and Pike because they liked the guys there better
