Go through fall rush, every house is required to give you a financial sheet explaining all of the semester dues and payment. Keep an open mind in terms of houses, and if it is a great concern simply ask how does their finincial exec member work with sisters/is accommodating. But don’t just pick the lowest cost house if you won’t truley be happy there

first semester 2k second 1k then decreases. they have financial plans
