Sorority row can look so pretty in the years to come if some chapters would literally tear down & rebuild with DG ADPi & GPHi New Houses it literally sets the rest houses backwards. SK has a Nice house also but KD , Pi Phi , Theta , AOPI , AXO , Aephi & Dphie seriously needs to get Tear down and Rebuild. They are great chapters & deserve it

Why would chapters with fully paid off and usable houses that fit their current needs completely tear them down and rebuild just for appearances? Sounds like a good way to hike up your dues for no reason

Agree - beautiful houses are nice for insta posts and first impressions but renovations cost millions and new houses cost over 5 million. Can't just go tearing down good houses for no reason.

pi phi and deeph literally pay like $1600 in their dues, literally who wants to pay double that for a new shiny house???

And axo also pays around 1800 so what's the point of paying tri delt prices when your house is paid off

I'd take lower dues over a new house that won't even be finished by the time I graduate ANY day. Minor renovations are a better investment.

Obviously it’d be impressive af if every sorority had mansion houses but unrealistic and expensive af. If u want big ass houses go to bama lol

I agree with the OP. UF deserves better Greek houses, both sorority and frat. I visited a lot of campuses with better Greek houses, not just Bama. Frat housing is embarrassing other than ATO, SAE, Theta Chi, Pi Kapp, and KS.
