fraternity rush

How do you decide which fraternities to rush? I don’t care about tiers I just want a good stablished fraternity with fun guys to hang and I don’t know how to find out which ones will offer me that before choosing to rush them. I don’t want to rush 4 frats and find out I don’t like 3 of them and and the other one not giving me a bid
