not right away, the rank system has to do with how selective they are with their girls as well as the fraternities they associate with. it is probable that more girls will want gamma phi over other bottom tier houses when going through recruitment because of the house, so if they use that to their advantage and get a better pledge class, they might begin to climb a little bit. it takes years for houses to move up substantially though.
