Not so fast. If KS took all the good guys that were unable to get a bid from a top-tier frat, then it could be argued that they move up. But, let's see who they gave bids to. A bunch of goobers and geeks will drag them down. Also, a new house can help move someone up, but SK is still at the bottom of sororitys even with their beautiful house.
