Hard to answer as we go to UF. But, from what I’ve read, FSU is much tougher on regulating alcohol and parties, leftovers from the Pi Kapp hazing death at FSU. FSU Greeks are treated like children by the administration, while UF Greeks are still mostly responsible for regulating themselves.

UF Greeks are more professional, very smart, not out of control and we don't kill anyone.
FUS Greeks are unprofessional and not to bright. Now facing tougher regulations when it comes to parties.
