middle tier sororitys
by: InquiryHi I’m a freshman and want to rush as a sophomore next fall. I see stuff about the top tier sororities all over this site but what’s good with the middle tier sororitys. Which ones would you recommend and what are their general vibes?? Thanks :)

Pi phi - has a more sporty vibe, not super girly sorority girls that wear Lilly Pulitzer
Theta - been more low key about things since their whole incident, very so flo/Miami vibes
XO - more southern/girly, not hardcore partiers from all the ones I've met
Deeph - the majority of them are from so flo/ny/nj, partiers, trendy
Dz - definitely southern, good girl vibe
But also realize that there are some girls that don't fit the characterization of these chapters but they still love their chapters. Going through recruitment definitely gives you a better idea of how these girls are, so go in with an open mind!

Agreed. I wouldn’t say they are sporty but more so just not your stereotypical sorority girl, and love to party.

I wouldn’t call pi phi sporty unless drinking is a sport. They’re the total party girls of the middle tier.
