Not kicked off, but I can see their National reps coming to UF and maybe conduct a membership review on the chapter.

No. Membership review by nationals to remove specific girls if necessary and then potentially a semester of social probation/loss of a pledge class.

Membership reviews can be good and beneficial if it is conducted properly, or it can be a death sentence to a chapter.

It may or may not. It really depends on how Theta can market themselves after this innocent. However, keep in mind that there maybe several girls waiting for Alpha Phi to arrive in the Fall 2018.
