telling a house you really like them?
by: huhIm going into tonight with more than one option however i really only like one. Theyre not a top house and the conversations went well but i havent gotten a bid from them yet. If they dont walk me out immeadieatly, how can i tell if i might get a bid? also whats the rule around telling the house theyre your #1 choice?
