sorority dismissal

If I was dismissed from my sorority for financial reasons and I go to a brand new school could I ever join another sorority? Or If I sign my papers for my sorority could I ever join another one?

This is why they should bring back a longer new member period, like they used to, and new members would have months to decide. And of course, make that 2.0 gpa!
