If you have to ask here then no, you would never receive a bid from those houses in the Spring even if they hold spring rush. Spring is informal, for most houses it's literally just taking girls they already want, i.e. someone in that house has to already know you and want you in her sisterhood. Plus, any house above bottom tier that hosts spring rush will take a very limited spring PC, typically less than 1O girls. If you don't know anyone in the houses you want but really want to join a house in the spring, your best options are bottom tier. This site gives them a bad rep, but I would 100% take a bid in the Spring from a bottom house over waiting a full year and going through rush a second time (with your odds even worse than when you rushed the first time). Also, if you rushed ADPi and ChiO this fall and didn't get a bid, why do you think they would give you one in spring? Don't get hung up over houses that didn't want you.
