So if you go bid day are you guaranteed to get a bid?
Not sure if it's worth to get to a chapter I didn't like but, if I do and drop Agee months later, can I still rush next fall?

Yes, you can rush in the Fall as long as you drop before actual initiation...that gives you time to try things out and get to know people to see if you like it.

And, you typically are going to get a bid on bid day as long as you maximized your options.
