no we don't and we don't really care? We care if u aren't weird, can carry a conversation and are put together. I didn't spend 1000s on my rush clothes and ended up in a top house. If ur on pinterest and looking at recruitment advice from years ago I suggest u just be yourself and act like a normal person.
