Unfortunately yes but since we don't know you or your situation it's hard to tell specifics but this does happen to a good number of people.
Houses build lists after each round. If you are an upperclassman or have some type of bad reputation that will contribute.
Good conversations mean little in these quick rounds but appearance, confidence and activiti s mean a lot.
