cuts after each round..

Don't worry about cuts. Just go to your round 3 houses and have fun but make a good impression. That's all you can do. I know people that had 2 houses round 3 and kept them thru prefs. Right now chapters are in the drivers seat, nit PNMs. If you go to prefs AND maximize your options( ranking all pref houses on your bid card) you should get a bid.
If a house invites you to pref, they can see you as a member.
