theta vs pi phi
by: PNMFor the mid tier, I feel kind of torn between pi phi and theta. Theta's house seems kinda old in comparison and backs up to some creepy complex. My conversations at pi phi were better, but not by that much. Could anyone offer any insight on both chapters?

Pi Phi had KA for homecoming 2 years ago and couldn't be with them again and 4 fraternities courted pi phi for homecoming this year...so...

I'd prefer not to have to cover old walls with fabric. When they gave a walk through of the house, the rooms were old. The only nice area was the courtyard, but that backs up to the creepy complex.

If you are making the decision based on the house then you need to reevaluate your priorities. Both sororities have fun, nice, genuine girls. Theta is more hip but Pi Phi is rising in the ranks as well. The rush process seems to get girls in the places they fit best so just go through the process and see what feels right.
