sophomore rush

what do frats think of sophomore guys rushing in spring that just transferred ? Are they at a disadvantage vs. freshman in the fall ?

Maybe just the tiniest bit but barely anything. If you were a junior then I would tell you there is a clear disadvantage for them and might not be worth it to you in the end. End of the day if they like you the they will bid you.
