When you get your schedule today, if there are chapters on your invite list that you ranked low that is because chapters that you ranked higher have released you. As an example, let's say you ranked AEPhi last on your list but they have invited you back that means the houses that you ranked higher, let's say Zeta released you. Panhellenic will do the best to fill your party schedule with as many house that invited you back.

You are not in the driver's seat, the chapters are. You rank the houses in order of preference and the chapters decide whether to invite you back. If you match, great your going back. If not, try not to let this ruin your experience. Focus on the houses that have invited you back. Be kind to everyone you meet and you will find a perfect match. I did not know which chapter I truly wanted to prefs. First round cuts are the toughest. Be positive, be you, and enjoy the experience.
