social life of sigep?
by: broim rushing in the fall and really like the fact that they focus on academics but still want to have fun at tailgates and parties. Will they still have them or no? I know they get a lot of hate on here but was curious about the actual social life for them

SigEp's Balanced Man Program is founded upon five philosophical tenets:
1. Equal rights and responsibilities - Full membership upon joining
All members are brothers. SigEp was founded on the philosophy of love. Our founders believed brotherly love must be given in order to be received. Implementing equal rights and responsibilities is the ultimate expression of brotherly love. It allows us to share brotherly love with all members of the chapter. Eliminate tiers and build brotherhood throughout the entire chapter

I saw firsthand that the University of Florida has a great outlook on SigEp, not only because of what our organization stands for nationally, but because of the relationships and impressions that Florida Alpha SigEps have made on the school. We have the potential to do something great that redefines what a SigEp chapter should be, and all of us at Headquarters are excited to be a part of it.

When the Balanced Man Program is properly executed it perfectly aligns with year-round recruitment. Self-paced challenges allow for members to enter and exit challenges at their own pace. Let's say the chapter recruits a new member in November after formal recruitment. The members already in the Sigma challenge have completed three of the eight Sigma Challenge meetings that semester. Have that new member join the rest of the members in the Sigma challenge for the remaining four meetings. Then he can attend the first four meetings the next semester.

Why do y'all seriously care so much? SigEp is good for some types of guys, it's just another fraternity now,, not sure what y'all are so pissed about to keep talking about them so much. Apparently not nearly as social as it was like 5-10 years ago, but if you're familiar with those events firsthand, and are still posting on greekrank, I think you need to reevaluate your life a bit lol
