In MY Opinion and so many others. The only reason ADPI and KD are listed as top all the time is they come on here more than anyone else. Look at the upvotes when they are praised and down votes when bashed.

Delusional ddd and Dg . Lol. Ddd is all over this website with dg and Aoii. Adpi and Kd have nothing to prove. Once again you will see next week. The PNM's will run to Adpi and kd first. Ddd Aoii Dg will get their rejects.

The poster above is ridiculous but you can go back all year here and find that most people on this site
say top 3 are ADPI/ZTA/KD. Personally I think DDD has risen and KD has fallen but ZTA and ADPI have been top for a while.

DG is self ranking like crazy this year.

I agree with the OP, except for ZTA. I am from Fort Lauderdale, and a party girl. It's okay to have different opinions. ZTA,KD and ADPI do not have anything to offer many people like me, and that is why there is a choice, and they all have the same rotation.

Don't get me wrong, I think ZTA,KD and ADPI are amazing houses for southern women, but they are not for everyone.
