pi kapp vs. delt vs. kappa sig
by: jordan (middle name)What are the stereotypes surrounding these fraternities and which one would be best to rush ? I want a general idea of the brotherhood, sorority relations and the experience within the fraternity.

I'm in a middle tier sorority and spend a good amount of time around these frats. For the most part, their guys are all pretty diverse but still get along, so it's hard to pinpoint a "stereotype" to any of them. If I could give a pro and con for each this is what they’d be (in order of the title)
Pi Kapp
Pros: Really nice guys and super easy to get along with. They also threw fun parties when they still had their house.
Cons: Sometimes their niceness feels fake (pro and con). Their lack of a house will probably have some effect on their next PC.
Delt:
Pros: They party a lot and they seem to show up to a lot of sorority philanthropies (albeit drunk). Their house is also in a good location with it being so close to mid.
Cons: A good bit of them are a little too arrogant/hotheaded for my taste. Ironically, some of them also seem too shy and awkward to talk to girls.
Kappa Sig:
Pros: The guys are pretty laid back. Also they seem to have a very close brotherhood. The younger guys are way more fun too
Cons: Some of them can be weird and a few of them are kind of quiet. The location of their house also isn’t very good with it being on sorority row.
If you’re sure you want a bid from one of these three houses, then your best bet is to just rush at each of them. Its ultimately your opinion that matters most when choosing what frat is best for you. Take everything you read on here with a grain of salt

Delt: party hard drink a lot but they are some what immature.
Kappa sig: laid back guys, nice but some awkward guys
Pi kap: balanced overall, good involvement but they try hard and no house
Kappa sig and delt both live off row which could be good or bad depending on where you live during rush, parking and other stuff
I've been roommates with a guy in each frat my sophomore and junior year for reference.
