discussion during each round

Round1 is mostly superficial small talk (hometown, major, why uf, what dorm...etc.) and you really are only with a chapter woman for about 8-10 minutes. Keep in mind that each party time includes getting girls in and out of the houses o you're with the chapter woman for about 10 minutes less than the actual party length itself.
Round 2 can be used to discuss finances and other questions you may have about the sorority. Round 2 is also about philanthropy so you can talk about what you did in high school philanthropic-wise.
Round 3 is about sisterhood so you get to really know the chapter woman and is kinda the round where you really feel if you belong in that sorority or not.
Prefs is more a chill-out, preview of ritual and what it would be like to be in the sorority.

People judge you on the first seconds of meeting you. Make a good first impression not only with looks, makeup, hair but also be confident and friendly during round1. During round 2 and 3 spend time learning about the chapters and selling yourself with good conversations. Prefs are more intimate and if you make it there, the house can see you as a part of their chapter.
