What sororities and fraternities do people from North Florida or the Panhandle usually pledge? Or does it even matter.

Ka, Kappa Sig, SAE

Adpi, KKG, Chi O, SK

generally, people from north fl/panhandle pledge more southern frats/sororitys. It's a completely different pace of life, style, culture versus Miami and soflo

Fsu--its closer and easier to get into

Smart kids who want to get away and do engineering and pre med go to UF

And don't forget Pre-Law. FSU is basically upscale High School reversion of College. UF is the one and only true College in Florida.

Yeah. Don't lump the panhandle with FSU. Damn. We'll drive a couple more hours for a better education.
And there are panhandle guys in a lot of different fraternities. Visit the houses. You'll find the place that's right for you. Off the top of my head, know guys in Beta, Kappa Sig, ATO, KA, SigEp, SAE. Sure there's more
