chi phi or delta chi

I'm curious what people think about both or have a preference of one over the other. I know they're both lower mid.

Don't listen to opinions of people on here. Just check them out and visit other houses around them or somewhere else and feel the vibes of which you like better. Rushing based off of opinions of others likely will lead to a drop

Chi Phi is more South Florida while Delta Chi is more Southern/Traditional. Both tend to have a lot of short guys as well, and each have guys who are dorks, cool, or somewhere in between. Delta Chi's older guys are cooler than Chi Phi's, but Chi Phi's younger guys are cooler than Delta Chi's.

I agree that Delta Chi is more southern and traditional, while Chi Phi is less so and from all over Florida. Both are great fraternities now a days, and their tailgates are amazing!
