What are the dues for new members that are not living in the house?

You'll find out during Round2...an entire itemized financial list is provided for you for every house that shows new member dues, in-house dues, and out-of-house dues. I think most new member dues range from $1300-2000, but don't quote me on that

Does that include the meal plan? It says on the panhellenic website it costs 2000-4800 for new members, including the meal plan. I was wondering how much it costs for a few chapters in particular, including adpi, chi o, theta and aephi.

No, that does not include the meal plan. I think most meal plans are about $700-900

Semester, and at least for my sorority, new member dues are only for your first semester (fall) and then in spring you pay normal dues, which are less than new member dues
