Do sororitys with newer houses have higher dues since they're not paid off?

Yes but you'll find out more about dues during round 2 don't worry too much

I believe that each house gave out a finance breakdown during round 2, so you'll have that knowledge when you need it

I still have notes in my phone from recruitment and I wrote pbp was 1200 and deeph was 2800??
