could i even get a bid?
by: QuestioningI have seen some talk on here about GPA. I have been going back and forth on if I want to rush because I am not even sure if I am eligible for a bid. My GPA is a 2.5 but could possibly be a 2.4 by the time rush comes around. I had a rough freshman year with all the premed classes and will be switching my major this semester. You don't have to mention which sorority you are in but any sorority girls in here know their chapter's cut off for GPA? I don't want to waste my time and money going through rush if there is no chance of me getting a bid.

Some sororities have a cutoff of 2.5 while others have one of 3.0. You really limit yourself with a low GPA even if you're the most beautiful and outgoing girl at rush. Just know you will probably be on academic probation from the very start with that GPA or at least in my chapter.
