Theta still has better socials than PBP (ATO, SAE, etc.)

Both have good social schedules. KAT has ATO and SAE, PBP had a game day with Beta and parties with Pike and SAE. But look at the last 2 PCs...PBP has an edge. Fall 2017 rush will really determine who is higher and it's looking like it'll be PBP. But KAT could very easily move back up if they do better than PBP

Can't really fight this rank, as it CURRENTLY stands theta is above pi phi but that could change next year,. i think the rest is completely accurate, mainly based on social calendar
