by: DddddddI'm going to be rushing as a sophomore and was just curious if pi kapp will be easier or harder to get a bid from since they won't have house next year but will be building a new one?

Definitely way easier, they won't have anywhere to host it and to be honest a large part of the rushing process is going to each house and walking around and talking to the brothers there. They will only have guys coming to their stand or room in a building from word of mouth. But they did take a big PC this year to make up for next year's
