I am happily in PiPhi. It's funny how only on this site do people think ADPI is tops with ZTA. Ask almost anyone in any other house or GDI, anyone who does not go on this site, and they will say ZTA and even DDD before ADPI. Sorry, but you all are just too bland and conservative.

ZTA has beauty and is fun!

can confirm ive never heard someone ever say ADPi is over ZTA. That doesnt mean the individual girls arent better or stuff like that, but in concerns of who anyone thinks is better, EVERYONE would say ZTA is ranked higher always

God no... ZTAs are top just because of looks and popularity. They're also kind of stuck up. ADPI on the other hand is attractive AND has the highest GPAs of the top tier, more involved, better sisterhood, and has consistently been top tier for years. They just need to update their house, but that's it.
