some crazy ranks lately

There have been some messed up rankings lately. This is how it is, and don't listen to anyone else or believe anything else
TOP:
ZTA/ADPI
KD
No matter what else is out there, these are the top three. KD is not sliding, the snap bids were greatly exaggerated and irrelevant.
DDD
AOPI/DG
DDD is above AOPI, and AOPI is on the level of DG. DG used to be higher and AOPI established themselves as a solid top house, but lately AOPI has been ranked above DDD and even KD and that is not true.
MID:
PBP/KAT
Yes, KAT did not have the best fall pledge class, but they are not below PBP and are still highly regarded with frats.
DPE/DZ
A few have been putting DPE in the bottom, and love them or hate them, they are not bottom. Cool smart girls, yes, a little ratchet, but so are DG and AOPI!
XO
arguably on the same level as DZ, but one has to be better than the other because they are too similar.
Lower mid:
KKG/AXO
They may not be mid, but certainly not bottom either
Bottom:
PM
AEPHI
I know I'll get egg in my face but I think AEPHI SHOULD be above PM. Smarter girls, more trendy.

I am an adpi. I also preffed at Xo and another middle house. Actually I wanted neither. I could not see myself at Xo

i think xo is more like kd and adpi than dz but only bc chi o is actually less a lil less diverse/more conservative than dz. like if some girls in dz pref'd top, some mightve pref'd dg or aopi vs probably a smaller amount of girls in chi o. not saying one is better than the other i just think that's where the difference lies.

Ddd is 4th. Dg 5th then Aopi at 6th. But really the top 3 matter . adpi, zta and kd

I mean obviously different people value different things but in my honest opinion KD has really fallen. Still top but there's no "spark" or special quality that makes them special. They're not Christian enough to be ADPi, not wild enough to be Zeta or AOPi. Still a top house just I feel like they're meh.
Also speaking of AOPi I don't like them that much tbh they're too wild BUT they're a better house in my opinion than DG by far- the girls are friendlier and prettier. I think they're on par with DDD so I don't agree with your ranking :/
