I just asked my roommate (who is one) and she said it's basically just a nickname for Pi phis. Kinda like Deeph I guess?

Can any pi phis plsssss explain? I see pi phis on my explore page who hashtag it or have it in their bio or comment it on each others pics...is it just a knock off of deeph? Are they making fun of deeph? I have friends who are pi phis at other schools and they have no idea what it means

it's not a real thing ffs. some of them think that they are "trendy" and party a lot and instead of just having fun with their actual chapter, they ripped off another house's name. complete try hards and no one else calls them that

it's really not that serious i'm pretty sure they just think it's a cute nickname and if you click the hashtag people have been saying it for years...and not just the UF chapter.

There's nothing to explain it's a freaking nickname lol if a few PBP's want to call themselves peeph (like many of the other chapters across the US do - look at the hashtag), deal with it. Deeph stop being insecure you aren't that special
