I'm not gphis biggest fan, but aephi arguably has the worst frat relations out of all sororities. I would say the ranking is right in that sense. I think what is wrong is that aopi is a bit too high here

i'm in a pan chapter that's not 'top' so doesn't compete with aopi and literally everyone i know if they could pick another chapter to be in would want to be in aopi. theyre just really cool/pretty girls. guarantee everyone who's saying bad stuff about them got moved down on this list

is the single most underrated house. they are nice, pretty, cool, trendy and fun. It is also effortless, not like ZTA, DG or DDD

ADPI/KD are too southern/conservative, out of style, and no way would they be top anywhere outside of the SEC

Phi mu does edge them out a little bit
