Ok you want a reasoning here it is. Definitely probably made a mistake as far as machi. They should be switched w/ pike. Sae is not at the very top simply because girls don't like them. Ato doesn't have the most studs but girls love them because they are for the most part really good guys who know how to treat girls. Beta and pike are above phi delt and sae simply because girls like them more. Βeta didn't have hoco because they made a dumb mistake but that doesn't hurt them, pike has some douchy guys but there still well liked. Either way.. There is 6 top fraternities at Uf. The order matters a little.. But at the end of the day. They all rotate with the same sororitys. Sorry theta chi.. You're not there yet.

Phi Tau is is still Phi Tau at the end of the day. Having one decent party that looks better in videos doesnt just shoot you above two better houses.

Think List is decent think at top is ok phi delt might be a little higher and pike should be lower(just has groupies(they are good groupies tho)) Think beta might be at risk for decline soon(spring pc is huge for them can't take kids that shouldn't be in it due to them "losing" pc. Theta chi overated nice house but most recent pc sucks don't see why people feel there on rise. Also don't see hype with Pi Lam think they should be lower don't know many but pc doesn't seem good from my opinion would love a response if someone has opinion

We know this is not a Phi Tau because not even Phi Tau's believe Oasis is that fun, its a rush tool at this point so freshman think its fun.

If you're gonna put KA, theta chi, PiLam in their own little upper middle tier, then you need to do the same for lower mid. There's a definite gap between aepi/tep/Ksig and dx/chi phi/phi tau.
Can't have it both ways
