by: pnmHey :) So I understand the whole getting cut deal and I also know that the 'criteria' or w/e for each house is kept private. But if y'all could tell me, how exactly does it all go down? Like we only talk to one girl... does she put in her word about the girl and that's all that matters, or do the other girls who I didn't talk to at all have a say? thanks :)))

Usually you talk to one or two girls depending on the chapter, usually just one because it is such a short round. Afterwards they will go upstairs and do whatever that chapter does, mine scores immediately after. At the end of the round, the people in charge meet and decide who to drop, usually based solely on the score, so the 300 girls with the lowest score or whatever. Round 1 is usually when we drop girls we 100% cannot bid due to grades as well as the lowest scoring girls. Some chapters just do that, mine meets after as an entire chapter and we vote to release them. I know we typically just cut whoever that group picks, but occasionally a girl will petition to keep a certain girl and make a case to the chapter and then we vote again. But it's really just an arbitrary numbers game.
