involvement

What do you mean by involvement? Only in certain clubs they look for or what?

Really just doing more besides academics and social life. Involvement is important to chapters as it gives more influence on campus and is honestly an indicator of a successful person. Little clubs once a week don't matter much. The best things are things you are really involved in and passionate about. Things like student government officer or cheer captain pull a lot of weight
