What is the sterotype and ranking between frats like Phi Tau, AEPI, Chi Phi, and Delta Chi?

AEPI (should be paired with TEP, Delt, and K Sig and in my opinion better then those 3)\n\n\n\n\nPhi Tau
Chi Phi
Delta Chi

Idk why these group of houses have been popping up a bunch but it goes AEPi in a league of their own, Chi phi then Delta Chi (or switched who cares), then goes Phi Tau. Chi Phi, Delta Chi, and Phi Tau have the same social circles ( I know I am in it). Oasis is super fun but it is just one fun night a year. Chi Phi has good game days, used to have some good parties when I was a freshman. Delta Chi has a good mix of parties and pregames. Vibes at each house are different but I don't know everyone from each house enough to give a description.
