middle frat rankings

What are the rankings for the lower-middle fraternities? I'm talking about the ones that are obviously below TEP, PiKapp, and KSig such as Delta Chi, AEPi, Phi Tau, and Chi Phi. I've seen all of these interchanged a lot. What sororities do each of these pair with? What is the difference between them?

Aepi > chi phi > delta chi = phi tau

Hang with gphi and kkg I think, or at least those are homecoming pairs I saw on here

I'm not sure what phi taus social calendar is like, but I know aepi has more stuff with deeph, dz (obv before everything went down) and theta than they do with axo/kkg. Is phi taus more lower/mid or middle mid?

AEPi and Phi Tau do stuff with KKG, AXO, etc and not Phi Mu/Gphi/SK and are therefore similar in ranking. Delta Chi does stuff with KKG/AXO as well as Phi Mu but not so much GPhi or SK so they're one step lower. Chi Phi only does stuff with Phi Mu and GPhi/SK/etc and not AXO/KKG so they're one under that.

Phi tau has always been lower than chi phi and delta chi? Since when are they suddenly higher? And also I'm pretty sure that phi tau has socials with phi mu and gamma phi beta so they're not exclusive to kkg and axo

It's actually the opposite. Phi tau used to be way better than chi phi and delta chi, but fell pretty hard. Now every ranking on here puts them with or under those two.

2 things:
1) Aepi can be a little try hard sometimes, but they should be ranked higher than the rest of these frats. On par with tep and Ksig.
2) how is phi tau so high now? They should be below chi phi and delta chi imo

Phi Tau is only relevant once a year so idk why they are so high. Aepi tops all of them and depends on who you ask about Chi Phi and DX. Personally I like Chi Phi more and so do a bunch of my sisters but id say maybe just as much like DX more.
