dchi vs chi phi vs aepi

How do these house rank/differ. They all seem pretty similar. I know aepi is trying so incredibly hard to move up in tier by ruining relationship with all the houses they used to do things with but the guys seem to be similar to chi phi and dchi

Where did you hear that aepi is ruining relationships? Lol. Personally I think aepi is the best of the 3, they're middle tier. DChi and Chi Phi don't party as hard imo, more lower mid

They don't hang with aephi anymore bc they're bottom and aepi is mid, or at least that's what I heard

To rank them I would say aepi> chi phi > delta chi

Out of the three Aepi is definitely the most try hard.
Chi phi is the nicest, respectful, fun to be around.
DX is a mix of nice and rude.
