It is incredibly challenging to begin a new chapter. GPHIB has done a great job this year but they will have to compete with all the houses in formal recruitment this year. It will be tough for them without having the benefit of a house. Yes, I know there are plans to build and their house will be grand BUT do PMNs want to wait until their Junior year to have a home to call there own. As the novelty of having a new chapter at UF wears off, I predict their social calendar will decline as well. Next year Alpha Phi will be the "it" chapter as they colonize. I'm not trying to be harsh, just realistic.

I see where you're coming from, but I do feel like these girls seem to have a better sisterhood and are prettier (unfortunately, that matters for the tier system). They may or may not have a tough time during recruitment but we will see how that goes when the time comes. For now, their spot seems about right on the ranking.
