Does anyone know anything about Gamma Phi's house? Specifically when it will be built/completed?

It will be behind DZ near ADPI and AEPHI. Ifs predicted to be done by the fall semester of 2017

I don't think they have released their plans yet but their plot of land is huge and they could easily have the biggest house
