Unfortunately, ZTA does not have the best quality girls personality wise. They tend to recruit based on connections and looks. When I rushed there, it mattered how I looked and who I knew (I had a couple of key rec letters).
I preffed at ZTA, but for some reason I couldn't feel 100% comfortable despite how good their recruitment was, so I listed them as #2.
Not until after I chose another chapter did I realize how big of a bullet I dodged by listing them second.
Even worse, I saw the girl who preffed me and rushed me during another round on multiple occasions not long after rush, and she pretended like she had no idea who I was when I said hi. Sorry ZTA :/ They're good at recruiting though.

They are STuNNING in rush and come across very friendly. I was disappointed when they dropped me at first but now realize that it is all based on looks with them. I am in a middle tier house that I love.
