sorority dues and cost

I have saved money myself for college and will be funding most of my education myself I also have some scholarships. I am interested in rushing this fall but am worried about the cost. I want to make sure I will be able to afford it. I have been told it can be around $2,000 a semester but I would like to know what it is for specific houses with or without living there.

If you're paying for college and other expenses yourself, it is not fiscally responsible to rush in your case

my parents pay for mine... about 6k a year
