They do spray tans in the house. They also have a dress code. Look at their photos and you'll see it. Plus, they all used to strike that pretend kick pose.

No, my roommate is in ZTA and never had to do anything or dress a certain way.
Everyone does spray tans at the house before recruitment, but it is not required.
