I have noticed that there are many stereotypes that seem to be wrong here and thought I would share:
KD is not very southern and preppy anymore. Seems way more trendy, hipster, grungy.
ADPi is supposed to have a good sisterhood- I disagree (from stories I've heard from my friends)
ZTA is known to have a bad sisterhood, but I know people that are happy in there. You can't always get along with everyone, and that's how it will be in any sorority.
PiPhi is supposed to be "chill," "guys girls" and honestly idk where this even came from. Maybe the older girls were but they seem to be trying a bit hard lately, and the "guys girls" part is probably something that they made up themselves.

KD is very southern and preppy. They are average looking and wearing Lilly and monograms. Snap bids made them an easy house to get into and the quality of their girls is poor.
ADPi is also more southern. They are generally very classy and put together, kind to others and genuinely beautiful. Very difficult house to get into because they only want the best.
ZTA is full of very beautiful and involved women. They care about their looks but who doesn't. Generally trendier than other sororitys and are fun and laid back. Can be catty. Very hard house to get into again because they want the best.

ADPI - girls-next-door who have a reputation for being goody two shoes (bid difficulty = hard)
ZTA - trendy girls who tend to party a lot and actually can be catty because of the way they recruit on looks alone (bid difficulty = hard)
KD - classic sorority girls who wear Lilly Pulitzer and are obsessed with being classy (bid difficulty = somewhat hard)
Pi Phi - honestly don't know how they got their "guy's girls" reputation either, weird (bid difficulty = relative to above houses... very easy)
