- a faculty office
- a main classroom
- a second classroom
- a house parent suite
- two suites for graduate student mentors
- two libraries
- three women's bathrooms

FL Alpha currently has a negative reputation on campus. Attitudes of recent members and alumni have created a problem for developing a positive brand for Sig Ep at Florida. The new Sig Ep colony at Florida will be a rebranded chapter, as the new colony will not be accepted by either Sig Ep National or the University under the old brand.
