OLD Sig Ep Culture will NEVER happen. That is what got the last group kicked off campus. New Sig Ep will be the Balanced Man Chapter and that is what the IHQ wants.

These fake SigEp guys who are drunk on Balance and jumped in bed with nationals are just placeholders paying dues until the real return.
