If I put legacy I have for a certain chapter do other chapters see it? Will that hurt my chances other places

We all know who the legacies are and it usually doesn't hurt anything. You may want to pledge your legacy house(s) and you may not. They may or may not want you. There's no way to predict anything. That's why it's crucial to be yourself and to listen to yourself.
